Take a trip with Back Seat Driver, a fun piano duet in the Latin Cha-cha-cha dance style!
This duet in E minor is ideal for the beginner (Primo) pianist at about the Grade 1 standard. The piece moves along at a steady 128 bpm, but can be played slower, depending on who is driving!
The slow tempo practice track features the Secondo part with a bass and drums accompaniment, and playing along with this is a great way to get to grips with the syncopated rhythms that occur throughout the piece.
Take care with the dynamics and staccato markings which add some nice touches to this sheet music. Also watch out for the speed bumps - you'll have some clapping and shouting to do (those backseat drivers...!)
I hope you enjoy playing Back Seat Driver and I look forward to hearing how you get on.
